Durwood J. Breeland

Woody Breeland was born May 15, 1958 in Jackson, Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1982 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi in 1984. Woody has served as Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Brookhaven and was the recipient of the 2001 Mississippi Bar Foundation Law Related Public Education Award. Woody has been a fixture in Mississippi’s High School Mock Trial competition, serving as a coach for twenty years.

Woody’s primary areas of practice are real estate transactions, domestic relations, criminal law and general civil litigation. He is a member of Lincoln County Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar.

Woody is married to Beth Breeland and they have two sons, Brennan and Ryan, and a daughter, AnnaRachel.
